Throughout his career, he has held progressive leadership positions with nationally recognized staffing organizations, including Recruiter, Account Executive, District Manager, Regional Manager, Vice President of Market Sales, and Regional Vice President, giving him a unique understanding of both client challenges and candidate expectations.
Having partnered with organizations ranging from growing businesses to Fortune 500 companies, David has built his reputation on developing long-term relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping companies solve complex hiring challenges. David attended Francis Marion University before earning his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of South Carolina. As a former collegiate athlete, he developed a strong foundation of discipline, accountability, teamwork, and perseverance, qualities that continue to define his leadership approach and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

04David and his wife, Miranda, reside in Knoxville, Tennessee, with their four children. Their oldest, Christopher, is currently a student-athlete at the University of Evansville. Their two daughters, Collins and Campbell, and youngest son, Chasen, keep the family calendar full of practices and games.
Outside of work, you'll usually find David supporting his children's athletic pursuits, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying a day on the water.
